Engineering Graduate 2025
Everyone at easyJet shares the ‘Orange Spirit’, and within Engineering & Maintenance that means working with people who collaborate, are approachable, are incredibly diverse and inclusive, stand up to be counted, and have your back. And as well a rock solid commitment to your ongoing development and training, we can also offer you lots of other benefits including bonuses, share schemes, and of course discounts on flights and holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme will see you initially spending three weeks on our robust induction course, where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in vital training, networking, and business challenges. You’ll then spend the next two years getting stuck into placements within our core engineering functions:
> Supply Chain Management
> Fleet Technical Management
> Maintenance Operations Control
> Logistics
> Base and Line Maintenance
> Powerplant
> Cabin Appearance
You will go through a fast learning and development programme in a growing organisation, learning from industry-leading people and being exposed to business-critical projects. The programme will deliver a truly international experience as we offer the opportunity to work with people from many different nationalities, be based in our main office in Luton and in other network locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland.
We’re committed to developing your talent and you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide you with business and career advice, and support you in building a strong network within the organisation. Our Engineering team is over 1300-strong and is one of the largest departments in easyJet – so you’ll never be short on support or opportunity, and you’ll get everything you need to get your career off to a flying start.
What you’ll need to do the role:
We want highly talented graduates with the right combination of a ‘can-do’ attitude, customer focus, business awareness and commercial acumen to help us to continue driving the Engineering & Maintenance function forward.
You should relish working in a high pace, high energy environment, be innovative by nature and have a genuine desire to learn and grow. And as well as being passionate about engineering you’ll hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar disciplines, and be able to demonstrate a strong technical acumen. A strong interest and/or experience in data analysis is desirable.
To apply, you must be a graduate, or about to graduate, with an excellent academic record, be willing to relocate and have a genuine interest in other countries and cultures.
