Boeing Global Services EASA Modifications Team has a highly skilled team of engineers that is looking to grow in 2024. We hold EASA and GCAA Part 21J Design Organisation Approvals (DOA).

The role

We are now looking for an experienced Engineering Technical Specialist to report into the Head of Engineering and be based out of our Frimley office. The role will be hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) however will require some travel between the sites in Frimley and Dublin where the teams are based (approx. 10-15).

Responsibilities

  • Collects, organizes monitors and oversees the collection, analysis and validation of engineering performance metrics and coordination of organizational requirements to support business needs ((e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements).
  • Serves as Company subject matter expert for business reporting standards
  • Develops business solutions requiring the analysis of information and data 
  • Coordinates and gathers information for management deliverables
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
  • Develops executive level briefings
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, partners and support organizations (Finance and HR) to work towards standardized and accurate reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Frimley. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the UK. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
