As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift, you will play a crucial role in leading our maintenance team and overseeing the operations in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas.
The Work
• Direct hourly reports in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with 1st and 2nd shift management and supervision to address any maintenance-related concerns.
• Manage timekeeping for hourly reports and handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and documentation.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.

Please note:
This position is based out of our Stratford, CT location.
This position is full-time onsite from 11- p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Who You Are
• You have previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• You are knowledgeable about preventive and predictive maintenance practices and have experience overseeing maintenance operations.
• You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with team members and other departments.
• You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to anticipate maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
• You are comfortable working during 3rd shift and have the flexibility to respond to emergencies as needed.
A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years experience working with HVAC equipment/systems
3+ years experience working with industrial air compressors
Desired Skills:
Ability to supervise hourly personnel
Possess valid CT OE2, S1 or S2 license preferred
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Knowledge and experience working with industrial boilers and associated equipment.
Knowledge and experience working with a Cogen unit and associated equipment.
Knowledge and experience working with industrial chillers and associated systems.
Knowledge and experience working with HVAC and plumbing systems
Knowledge and experience working with industrial air compressors
Basic knowledge of electrical distribution systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
