Avfuel, a privately held, industry-leading aviation company, is looking for a creative and analytical Design Specialist to join our dynamic spaneting team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across all communication channels, designing everything from digital media to event displays.

What You’ll Do

As a key player on the spaneting team, you’ll:

- Design Across Channels: Create clean, innovative graphics for emails, web pages, exhibit displays, videos, and more to support Avfuel’s corporate branding and our B2B clients.

- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring spaneting and design projects to life, offering fresh ideas and creative solutions.

- Support Marketing Requests: Partner with cross-functional teams to address and execute diverse design needs, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms.

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all spaneting assets.

- Collaborate with a team of designers; reporting to the Director Marketing Brand & Experience.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with creative vision. Ideal candidates will have:

Design Expertise: 2-6 Years

-A strong online portfolio showcasing experience in digital/web, print, UX, branding, and video.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

- Experience with website creation and email communication design. 

- Experience in Figma, Tableau and WordPress a plus.

Professional Skills

- A professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively, contribute ideas, and engage in productive team discussions.

- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
