Job Details – Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer – CI / Lean Experienced

Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma knowledge/experience
Value Stream Analysis (VSM & Process Flow Diagrams)
Process Flow Improvements – Optimal Lot Sizing (Batch Reduction), Establishing a Pull System
Implementation of Internal/OSV Kanban Supermarkets including Rack Design
Visual Management
Lean Waste Walks (to identify & eliminate waste)
Standardized Work
Shop Floor Layout Design for Flow – Machines, Equipment, Tooling, materials (incoming & outgoing), etc.
6S & Point-of-Use fixtures/tooling/materials
Time Studies
Make/Buy Analysis
5 to 10 years of experience is preferred
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Technology

Size & Length of Time – Initially looking for 1 to 2 Industrial / Manufacturing Engineers to Support CI Initiatives on the Shop Floor for A Period of 6 to 12 Months Of Time.
