Vos défis: :

• Assurer la mise en œuvre des outils et standards AOS (Airbus Operating System), incluant Chronos (application permettant le suivi d&39;avancement des avions et la capture des aléas (NVA))

• Assurer le transfert de connaissances AOS aux chefs, superviseurs et équipes naturelles

• Coacher les routines journalières visant le respect du plan et les routines hebdomadaires visant l&39;amélioration de la performance du poste

• Supporter la progression de la maturité AOS 

• Etre l’interlocuteur local pour les standards AOS

• Votre périmètre : Pré-FAL ou FAL (Assemblage) ou FAL (Hangar)

Votre profil: :

• Un Baccalauréat en Génie Industriel ou une expérience pertinente aux opérations

• 5-10 années d’expérience en milieu manufacturier

Your chelleneges:

• Ensure the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (application allowing the monitoring of aircraft progress and the capture of disruptions (NVA));

• Ensure AOS knowledge transfer to leaders, supervisors and autonomous production team ;

• Coach the daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving the performance of the workcenter;

• Support AOS maturity progression;

• Support the analysis of the performance of the position;

• Be the local contact for AOS standards;

• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Your boarding pass:

• A Bachelor&39;s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant experience in operations
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
