Job Description:
An opportunity for a Junior Jigs and tools Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Join Airbus J&T team at Illescas factory with the following objetives:
Secure the industrialization of Jigs & Tools (creation, development and modification) until Final Acceptance and handover to Operations for A350F Main Deck Cargo Door new assembly line
Design and/or specify the tooling in accordance with the process engineer from manufacturing engineering, operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomic, maintenance engineer and tooling quality.
Integrate mature industrial technologies linked to R&D. Collaborate with R&D to integrate the requirements and consolidate the Airbus industrial vision.
Secure that the provided solution is completely integrated within the industrial system, through a robust acceptance process based on defined KPIs.
Support the first productions of MDCD at shopfloor level in all activities where tools are involved in the frame of Main Deck Cargo Door assembly line
Contribute to the purchasing phase of potential new tools
SKILLS
Master Degree in Engineering
Mechanical and machines technical background.
Assembly processes (drilling, fastening, shimming, sealant) knowledge
Tolerancing Knowledge will be a plus
Composite materials Knowledge
Lean Design principles Knowledge
English: Negotiation level
Team worker in multifunctional and transnational environment
Innovative mindset
Problem solving skills
Flexibility (changing environment)
