Roles and Responsibilities
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute manufacturing and inspection technology development projects.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of quality and procedural requirements in regards to production processes.
Proposes new technological solutions and development paths.
Leads projects with identified risks and resource requirements. Brings team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Experience as Manufacturing Engineering Specialist or Manufacturing Project Manager or similar.
Bachelors degree (mechanical engineering is preferred).
Experience in production coordination role or similar.
Good level of English.
Desired Characteristics
Production tooling and fixtures knowledge and experience.
Technical Drawing Preparation knowledge.
Design of experiment knowledge.
Aerospace quality system knowledge.
