Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical process ownership of sector assembly
- Work cross functionally with quality and design engineers to ensure that product can be produced within acceptable yield levels.
- Teach and empower production employees in the manufacturing techniques required for greatest yield effectiveness & equipment capability.
- Team with production employees to identify and drive lean improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) + 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
