Innovate to solve the worlds most important challengesJoin a team that develops new or modified semiconductor and silicon-based sensor devices, defines processing or integration requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors and silicon based sensor devices. You will lead the evaluation of the wear out modes, devise test structures and methods of data collection, calculate part lifetimes from data collected, and help the broader team design manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors and silicon-based devices with reliability wear out mechanisms in mind. You will determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve evaluation goals according to product needs.

Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location:
The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
For Salaried w/Incentive Plan (MIP, SIP, etc): This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability and wear out testing experience
- USG secret security clearance in good standing, or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG secret clearance (non-citizens are ineligible for clearance)
WE VALUE
- 10 years or more semiconductor reliability experience
- Understanding of microfabrication processes and how they relate to wear out mechanisms such as electromigration, hot carrier, and other transistor specific fail modes
- Ability to translate reliability concerns/needs into wafer fabrication terminology
