Licensed Aircraft Engineer

The Licensed Aircraft Engineer position will work supporting an AS365 N2 helicopter operating under a COMRA (CAA Oversight of Military Registered Aircraft) operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the Part 145 line and base maintenance, including ground handling and ramp activities involved in supporting an AS365 N2 aircraft operating in a Royal Navy support helicopter role, providing transfer flights, hoisting activities, etc. The role will require a flexible approach and will involve maintaining accurate system records and logs and participating in ongoing training and upskilling where necessary.

Essential

• Hold B2 licence type rating for Dauphin AS365 N2.

• Able to demonstrate strong track record in engineering within a Part 145 environment.

• Full UK driving license. 

• Positive reputation for effective teamwork.

• Conscientious and technically minded in delivering the team’s objectives.

• Motivated self-starter with high individual standards.

• Can fully evidence professional alignment against Bristow’s Values.

Desirable

• Hold dual B1.3/B2 licence type rating for Dauphin AS365 N2.

• Experience using Aerotrac ERP system.

• Hoist experience.

• Preferably possesses some experience working within Royal Navy, Military or support contracts.
