Job Description:

Summary/Objective:
The Engine Owner manages the maintenance of the engines and engages all the stakeholders (from different functions and sites) to fulfill the commitment towards the Customer Team in terms of TAT and cost from engine removal until ready-to-install.
As such, he/she is responsible for anticipating shop visit scenarios, managing associated risks as well as consolidating the solution that allows, throughout the maintenance activities, to meet the objectives of the shop visit in terms of Customer satisfaction, TAT and costs, and having them validated.


Requirements include but are not limited to:
Your job consists of:
•tHas a complete vision of the engine maintenance operations flow and takes all decisions and actions necessary to fulfill the commitment to the customers and to the shops production planning.
•tReports on the maintenance operations evolutions to the internal and external stakeholders. He/she is the prime interface for any questions from leadership as to engine status and is accountable for raising critical items/help needed to program team / leadership.
•tIn the event investigations or sick bays are required, he/she ensures that the decisions taken are in line with the commitments made in terms of TAT and cost.
•tEnsure initial workscope and extension are compliant with the process and programs guidelines.
•tAct as the industrial operations representative within the Customer Team. He/she is the main interface between the customers and the shop. He/she makes sure that the shop receives and reports all the information needed.
•tOrganize Customer visits in shop.
•tValidate industrial gates are passed.
•tTrack invoicing delays and quality standard compliance in line with contract obligations.
•tDrive Risk analysis and associated mitigation plan for wing-to-wing maintenance operations.
•tDrive the engine maintenance costs and therefore contribute to the contract profitability optimization.
•tFollow up commercial disputes and ensure resolution with customers.
•tBased on lessons learnt, works best practices to allow quick and smooth hand-offs among several stakeholders.
Job Requirements:

Required soft skills :
•\tHighly effective communication and project management skills
•\tStrong organizational and time management skills
•\tComputer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•\tSelf-starter with ability to work under pressure to deliver targets on time
•\tCross-cultural experience and ability to work in different cultures with successful outcome
•\tAble to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Required Education:
•\tBachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in Engineering
•\tEnglish native or close to native to communicate with suppliers

Required Experience:
•\tMinimum: 5 years in operations, engineering or customer service in Aerospace Industry.
•\tPreferred: 8+ years in operations, engineering or customer service in MRO Aerospace Industry
•\tTechnical knowledge on aircraft engines
