• Partner with Corporate Real Estate, Aircraft Maintenance, and other departments to align facilities engineering initiatives with organizational goals
• Manage, coordinate, and complete multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to document needs and provide business-justified solutions
• Develop and deliver detailed, dimensioned prints or electronic models for construction and maintenance projects, revising as needed to reflect as-built structures
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and manufacturer information to create actionable documentation for repair technicians
• Conduct performance tests, operational optimizations, and performance analyses to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, safety, and overall performance
• Prepare detailed reports and studies, including optimization analyses and special performance studies
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to pertinent codes, regulations, and standards
• Quickly locate and reference industry standards, legal guidelines, and environmental directives as required
• Mentor and guide engineering team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
