Manufacturing Engineering Quality C295 Center Fuselage Industrialization (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Quality has arisen within Airbus Defense & Space, Tablada (Sevilla). 

You will be involved in reviewing and approving documents for manufacturing, assembly, integration, inspection and test, ensuring that they are in line with external requirements and internal processes sampling around 10 of documentation. You will apply methods and tools aimed at preventing anomalies in order to support the business i-e PFMEA, Control Plan. You will ensure  the industrialization of Inspections: Ensure OP inspection, inspection points, etc including interchangeability criteria are met.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Ensure FAIs Management (Meetings, review of check list generated by ME and FAI).

- You will actively contribute to the definition and lead the execution to the successful performance of ME to Production Quality Gates.

 - Collaborate on APQPs (Provide the elements with responsibility in ME, in addition to including the KBD assessments in the APQP tool) if needed.

- Lead root cause investigations in case of critical or repetitive Non Quality problems with origin Industrialization using PPS methodology.

- You will act as focal point within the quality organization across department boundaries and to other departments/functions.

- You will act as the guardian of conformity and customer quality requirements & expectations ensuring customer feedback is reported and understood in order to identify improvement actions and that the actions are followed up to maintain customer satisfaction.

- In doing so you will ensure that behaving with the customer at heart is the guiding principle for every employee.

- You will ensure establishment of controls for Foreign Object Damage including controls for cleanliness of products.

- You will act pro-actively, strengthening prevention & surveillance within the business by defining, monitoring and evaluating KPIs (incl. Cost of Non Quality), actively supporting business performance dialogue,  identifying and analyzing issues (e.g. nonconformance, cost of failure), highlighting impact and providing support/solutions for resolution and reoccurrence prevention as well as  actively participating in process improvements.

- In doing so, you will champion a learning culture that welcomes problems to continuously improve.

- You will ensure that all processes are covered by up-to-date and validated process specifications or standards.
