Description:Performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical, mechanical tasks in support of specific production units, customer packaging development, developmental or prototype requirements in product development, manufacturing engineering or preproduction operations where documentation and guidance may be limited. Designs, develops and supports implementation of packaging for various types of goods, all while meeting the clients needs with an efficient use of materials for an acceptable product cost. Works from schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. Uses standard electronic assembly tools and materials. May perform modifications, rework and quality testing. Work typically includes interaction with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel.
• Analyze the product and determine how best to package it
• Coordinate with the manufacturer to select the right material
• Draft the packaging in a CADCREO program
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure the packaging meets our customer needs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience in troubleshooting hardware.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree and 2 Years of Engineering experience.
Electronic assemblies, blueprints schematics and specification documents.
Experience assembling mechanical components and electrical wiring.
Experience maintaining and testing electronic assemblies.
Experience with 3d Printers, CNC and soldering.
Quad rotor or radio controlled plane experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
