Production Engineer

• Process improvements in and MRO Business environment
• Project management skills and driving of topics which are directly connected to profitability and company goals
• Working with the MTU Global network and different MTU locations
• Processing of Quality concerns, updating of IPV’s, WI’s and working lists
• Securing of proper processes to continuously improve out Engine TAT
• Preparing of Business cases and purchasing of tools.
• Working with contractors to develop Shop equipment
• Ability to read an interpret technical drawings
• Developing of KPI’s to get transparency for the value stream
  

• Finished study with a technical background Bachelor/Master; preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Experience with Project Management
• Experience with Organizational Theory
• Must be a analytical thinker, initiator, and a problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills, can do attitude and adaptable
• MS Office skills (advanced user)
• Interest and basic knowledge in aviation industry
• Experience with process development and improvement
• Excellent Business English (oral & written)
