What are your contributions to the team?
- Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities
- Develop automated workflows (RPA) using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism
- Collaborate with experts to document automation needs and scenarios
- Maintain, monitor, and improve existing bots to ensure their reliability
- Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities
- Define the architecture of RPA/AI solutions to be deployed (Power Platform, APIs, system integration)
- Establish standards and practices for the complete automation lifecycle
- Design and deliver complex solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other low-code tools
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- University degree in industrial engineering, software engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in developing automated solutions, digital transformation, or enterprise solution development
- Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) an asset
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN an asset) and systems integration (APIs, databases, ERP, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in intelligent automation or AI projects
- Analytical skills and technical rigor
- Practical and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of audiences (IT, operations, managers)
- Ability to communicate and train non-technical users
- Technological curiosity and appetite for innovation
