Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire a Quality Engineering professional to support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas.
Our operations utilize state of the art processes to produce and validate hardware for sophisticated missile systems and associated launch vehicles.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Plan, organize, and report on quality related activities such as raw materials, packaging materials, as well as providing input for purchase order requirements.
• Ensure control of nonconforming items, conducts root cause analyses, and monitors effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Working on technical problems and providing solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious, acts independently to uncover and resolve issues, and participates in teams assembled to accomplish long-range objectives.
• Collaborating with other disciplines to include manufacturing engineers, tool technicians, manufacturing support personnel, suppliers, and the customer on assembly and production operations and maintains up-to-date on industry best practices.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Have knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions.
Good communications and presentation skills.
Well versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards.
Experienced in using various inspection measurement tools, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
Desired Skills:
Manufacturing and process improvement experience.
Defense or military contractor experience.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes.
Experience in working with MiniTab.
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
