Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Quality Engineer. In this role, you will perform data analysis of defects, work with other functions to determine the root cause of the issue, and present mitigations and corrective actions. Selected candidate will support the King of Prussia site Program Quality and Supply Chain teams. Program Quality support may include supporting the calibrated tool recall process, drawing/design data reviews and interpretation, and other program support as assigned. The candidate will assist with auditing / compliance for our unclassified development team shared spaces, help develop the Site Corrective Action Board, and assist with functional inputs to the Site Council leadership meetings. Will work with cross-functional peers to drive actions to closure. The successful candidate who is driven and will take action to drive tasks to closure. Must be a US Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in an Quality, Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action development, and project management of action plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Word
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality or Supply Chain processes, or and Engineering or Program/Project Management degree in process, will help the candidate be successful.
- Knowledge of Data analytics (preferably Tableau)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
