Essential Responsibilities
Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects, alone or as part of a multifunctional team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity
Analyze production and service limitations, then develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques to track the progress of improvement actions
Work with Material Review Board to evaluate nonconforming material and define improvement actions
Work with Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve quality issues
Collect, organize, monitor and distribute information for the Company and to customers/suppliers related to product quality and process improvement
Work as an interface with customers for quality matters
Measure and analyze quality KPIs (i.e. Quarantine, DPU, FTY, losses) to define improvement projects
Validate new products/processes and modifications to the current ones
Support the production area for quality issues and participate in the daily production meetings
Qualification/Requirements
Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering
Previous experience in the Quality field in the aeronautical sector on gears
Ability to read the technical drawing and related documentation
Knowledge of the DMAIC methodology
Ability to analyze problems, identify root cause, define and implement corrective actions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent Italian and English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required
