Job Summary
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer supporting production of power control and power conversion systems and subsystems for the US Navy.
What You Will Do
- Performs complex functions in the process design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation of production operations
- Works cross-functionally to ensure quality design and manufacturing processes
- May prepare plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of production operations
- Responsibilities are diverse in scope where analysis of situations or data requires sound judgment
- Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plans
- Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years applicable engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
- An energetic, self-starter willing to take on various projects and bring them to completion
- Comfortable working alone and in a team environment
