The Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing technically sound and spanetable products using imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions.

Job SpecificationsEducation: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other related field (Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Aerospace Engineering)Years’ Experience: 8+ years of engineering experience; aerospace background a plusSkills:•    Working knowledge of hardware development in accordance with RTCA/DO-254•    Strong emotional intelligence and ability to motivate others•    Focus on continuous improvement•    Excellent communication skills to convey knowledge of subject matter, particularly in customer/supplier interaction•    Ability to prepare and present clear, technically accurate and documented design explanation•    Knowledge of Altium, Jira, DOORS, Matlab, Simulink a plus•    Understanding of commercially sensitive information, including how, when, and with whom to share it•    Proficient at working across functions within the organization•    Experience working in a multi-cultural/diverse organization•    Willing to challenge the status quo
