OnsiteAt Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
The Operations and Mission Analysis Southwest (OMA-SW) department performs customer focused mission modeling and simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon.
Our teams develop, analyze, and grade flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations), developing tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements.
What You Will Do
You will lead teams of analysts to produce OA/M&S products, customer and leadership briefings, and campaign support materials crossing Mission Area and COCOM boundaries. The team’s work focus is on system-of-systems solutions for OA/M&S to include threat definitions and environments, and competitive systems analysis.
You will participate in Offensive and Defensive Multi-Domain Operations projects that upgrade Raytheon deployed architectures and systems for US and international customers in all theaters. This is challenging multi-disciplinary work that knits together capabilities, ‘know-how’, and products from all Raytheon companies.
You will work on tasks that require developing and benchspaning of models of emerging red side threats, understanding how the US wants to counter these threats, and developing integrated solutions.
You will lead teams that develop kill chain performance models, engagement and campaign CONOPS and multi-fidelity simulations.
What You Will Learn
You will learn how to develop, analyze, and grade flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations), developing tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements.
