As a Sr Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, youwill play a pivotal role in the semiconductor manufacturing team, overseeingcomplex projects and guiding the development of cutting-edge semiconductortechnologies, focused primarily on wet chemical processing. Your expertise andstrategic vision will be instrumental in achieving Honeywells semiconductortechnology goals.

You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager,and youll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development and improvement of semiconductor wetchemical manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimizemanufacturing operations, and implement best practices. Your work will not onlyadvance our business but also create solutions that address some of the worldsmost pressing challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and optimize wet chemical semiconductor manufacturing processes,including plating and cleaning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation andcontinuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and react to variousmachine and process SPC charts
  • Troubleshoot wet process andmachine variability/process drift
  • Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex manufacturingissues
  • Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentationsfor internal and external stakeholders
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing
  • Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • USG Secret security clearance in good standing,or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret securityclearance  [non-citizens are ineligible for clearance]

WE VALUE

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, ChemicalEngineering or related field
  • Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing techniques
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Microsoft Office suite capability
