As a Semiconductor Process Engineer here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SiliconBased Sensor products through effective semiconductor process engineeringpractices. You will lead and coordinate the photo lithography processactivities for silicon wafer production, working closely with cross-functionalteams to define requirements and specifications.

Your expertise in photolithography methodologies andtools will be instrumental in developing and executing and maintaining ourmanufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab EngineeringManager, and you will work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexiblework schedule.

By analyzing process controls and experimental results, youwill provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements,contributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technicalguidance and support will empower the manufacturing team to excel in theirroles and deliver high-quality results. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•  Lead, develop and sustain the photolithography activitiesfor Silicon MEMS based sensor products 
•  Develop and execute Design of Experiments toimprove process yields 
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to definenew processes, specifications and equipment 
•  Define and analyze Statistical ProcessControls and provide recommendations for product improvements 
•  Provide technical guidance and support tomanufacturing engineers and production operators.



U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status.


MUST HAVE:  

•  7+ years of experience in developing and supporting photolithography processes(Steppers, Aligners, Coaters, Developers)
•  Bachelors degree in electrical engineering orsimilar  
•  5 years experience working in ProductionManufacturing
•  2 years experience in process recipe developmentfor photolithography tools.
