Roles and Responsibilities
The Sr Staff Engineer - NGP Performance Lead will be the focal point for technical execution, scheduling, and cost tracking of NGP performance activities. Responsibilities include Interface with systems organization on technical issues, technical guidance of the NGP performance team, and serve as NGP performance control account manager (CAM). Activities will focus on bringing the NGP design through the detailed design phases of work leading to test.

Required Qualifications
Desired Characteristics
Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university or college
Experience with system level thermodynamic modeling and/or
data analysis activities
Working knowledge of NPSS, Python, C++, programming languages.
Working knowledge of data plotting tools
Working knowledge of thermodynamics and aerodynamics
Strong oral and written communication skills
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
