Are you an experienced mechanical analysis engineer ready to work on the fastest growing engine in aviation history?
The LEAP engine is a culmination of cutting-edge technology, world-class reliability and unparalleled performance, and is the engine of choice to power the Airbus A320neo, the Boeing 737 MAX, and the COMAC C919 jet airliners.

Bring your talent to the team in Engineering Design Center in Warsaw, Poland, where you will be part of the LEAP Mechanical Analysis team. In this role you will conduct stress analyses to define and optimize component/system design using state of the art analysis tools and methodologies. You will contribute to new product introduction, improving existing products, and resolving manufacturing issues working closely with mechanical design team.
Your technical expertise and leadership skills combined with working turbomachinery design and product improvement activities help us ultimately power our customers, lift people up and bring them home safely.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the analysis (structural Finite Element Analysis, hand calculations).
- Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements.
- Implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.
- Participate as a presenter in technical reviews.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated to substantiate analyzed components, assemblies and/or systems consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Monitor and effectively communicate projects status, issues and significant developments.
Required Qualifications
- MSc/BSc in Engineering
- Experience (design engineer, FE analyst) relevant to indicated position, areas of expertise and knowledge of disciplines like numerical methods (especially strong understanding of Finite element Methods principles). Understanding of the design and analysis tools relevant to the function.
- General knowledge of the engine architecture is required.
- Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with commercial CAD/CAE package required (ANSYS, Hypermesh, NX).
- Advanced FEA skills especially in ANSYS.
- Must be independent engineer that executes with minimum guidance.
- Communicative level of written and spoken English language.
- EU work permit required.
