Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ year of experience with manufacturing engineering/production, preferably product qualification activities or inspection/control within aerospace OR at least one year of experience working within GKN.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• GKN experience
• Knowledgeable in aerospace quality requirements (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
• Experience in New product Introduction and interaction between Purchasing and Engineering in Product Development
• Knowledge of AS13XXX-standards and PPAP/APQA Understanding of the Aerospace industry and associated regulatory requirements and standards
• Skilled in root cause analysis, 8D and continuous improvement
• Well organized and structured with strong skills to work both independently, and in a team
• Target-oriented and outgoing with good communication skills
• Knowledge of aerospace products, processes and technologies
• Experience and skilled with Microsoft office, and ERP system
Travel Requirement
This position would require domestic and some international travel up to 50% - 75% of the time.
Compensation Data
The compensation for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000.
