Description: You will be a Supply Systems Engineer - Level 3.
What You Will Be Doing
In this position, you will be a Supply Systems Engineer - Level 3 supporting Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment Supply Operations and Logistics Responsible for providing Customer Support, Technical Analysis, and resolution with respects to assuring Inventory accountability and Internal Information Technology (IT) System Controls, to align with US Government (USG) mission requirements throughout the life cycle of the contract. Specific responsibilities may include working with a team of Analysts and Systems Engineers to manage the Sustainment Inventory Management databases, through direct interfacing with various internal and external systems. This position assists with the Government Furnished Material – Accountability (GFM-A) capability initiative, to provide property accountability and control of contractor managed and possessed Services owned property, through implementation of standard and integrated Services logistics and contractor processes to ensure compliance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) objectives.
You will provide system support to Item Management and Inventory Storage locations across the Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) on all issues related to the inventory system of record. Additional responsibilities may also include Support for Systems Status communications, Data Configuration and Internal Control, Training and Documentation Support, and Change Management Support. In general, you will identify customer’s system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including bench spaning, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installing planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and provide solutions to software problems.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with government or industry processes and/or Services Supply systems issues (ILS-S, D043, D035K, CSWS Data Exchange, etc.) and the ability to resolve systems related issues in a team environment.
• Experience using systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data (i.e. working knowledge of Excel, SAP, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with logistics, item management, and/or inventory control within military supply discipline
Desired Skills:
• Candidate should be familiar with DOD Policy and Services regulations dealing with Stock Control principles, Records Maintenance and Requisitioning procedures, based on the use of MILSTRIP and MILSTRAP procedures. Selected candidate may perform required GOLD/GOLDesp, SAP, ATLAS system analysis and updates to ensure transactional indicative data integrity between the Contractor and Services IT systems.
• Ability to resolve system errors between GOLD/GOLDesp and the USG Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), to help the Services financially account for materiel and meet the DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently where needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
