Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company F-35 program seeks an experienced and motivated candidate to join the F-35 Supportable Low Observable (SLO) Team in Fort Worth Texas.

What You Will Be Doing

The candidate will be required to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a complex environment to ensure program activities are well coordinated and executed. An ability to explain complex technical concepts in a readily comprehensible manner is necessary. The candidate will be required to exhibit effective and clear communications skills at all levels. Timely communication of project status and emerging issues to peers and management is critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
• SLO and signature management SME for sustainment
o Review and disposition AR’s
o Review and provide feedback for CR’s
o Coordinate SLO field support activities such as AOG, site visits and pop up issues
• LO verification assessment using multiple systems at various RCS Tiers
• Lead SLO projects from initialization through implementation
• Prepare and submit basis of estimates to support recurring and pop-up contracts
Travel and shift work may be required to support tasks. Must obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 1 year of hire date.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.

Knowledge of F-35 Supportable LO concepts and operations, including the LO Health Assessment System (LOHAS) and Repair Verification Equipment (RVE).

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires special access and requires Active DoD Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years or continuous vetting.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of VAS, PDM, Computer Aided Design (CAD), CATIA V5, MATLAB, QADS, CRM
Experience with rapid prototyping methods.
Previous experience in LO, survivability, or susceptibility
Project or program management, and execution of signature technology
Experience with proposal development and new business pursuits
Experience in RCS design, LO materials and processes, LOHAS, LO verification
Knowledge of the F-35 airframe design and coating materials
Experience collaborating across multi-disciplined engineering and sustainment teams
Excellent information organization skills
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
