Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career System Integration & Test Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, PA! As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute the integration and test programs for various SMD programs by providing the programs with key technical solutions.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Develop test procedure, test plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Review, evaluate and derive requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Basic Qualifications:
• System or subsystem level test experience
• Experience with RF subsystems
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours, odd/off-shifts and weekends as needed.
Desired Skills:
• Minimum 2 years with a Bachelor or 1 year with a Masters of professional experience
• Current LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalent
• Working knowledge and experience with Automation Framework
• Significant relevant experience in the defense electronics industry is desired.
• Expertise with RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits is desired.
• Demonstrated Engineering knowledge and related processes in the areas of test discipline with a focus on error prevention and safety, controls logic and data acquisition &instrumentation
• Experience with lab/ground/flight hardware systems integration and/or the flight testing of military missiles, launch vehicles, spacecraft or aircraft.
• Experience with COTS equipment and system integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Test & Integration
• Knowledge of the latest Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and techniques
• Experience with integration of shipboard systems and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with occasional alternate shift and travel.
• Bachelors degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Computer Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
