Job Description SummaryClosely work with headquarter and customer on engine/aircraft system integration for aircraft NPI projects. Responsible for engine performance related issues tracking and closure. Support aircraft flight test and onsite issue finding treatmentJob Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work with customer and HQ to define and manage engine performance, (or aerodynamic, or heat transfer/thermal dynamic) between engine system and aircraft.
- Support engine system design, optimization, and engine verification test.
- Tracking engine system integration and installation issues, provide onsite engineering disposition.
- Technically support engine performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic related aircraft engineering and certification tests
- Drive cross function teams to execute hardware design and related analysis to achieve agreements and solutions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above, better have engine Performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic engineering background
- Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in an engineering position or academic research position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Excellent leadership and influence skills
- Self-confidence and a quick learner
Desired Characteristics:
- Experiences on engine Performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic related test
- Experiences on mechanical design and analysis
- Experiences on technical negotiation and customer support
- Frequent user of CATIA/UG, CFX/Fluent
