Duties will include systems engineering activities required to meet program technical requirements. Responsibilities will include developing and presenting engineering milestone events (PDRs/CDRs/TRRs etc.), developing bids for Bases of Estimates (BOEs), delegating systems engineering tasks to team members, leading customer coordination meetings, tracking team budgets, and reporting on systems engineering management efforts. A level 5 employee typically has 14+ years of professional experience. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related Technical field
• Experience with systems engineering milestone events (PDR/CDR/TRR etc.) - Secret clearance
• F-35 Systems Engineering
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- Leadership experience - working with a technically diverse teams
- Experience with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.
Desired Skills:
- Technical lead experience
- Systems Engineering experience in Aerospace Programs
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Experience with customer interaction .
- Presentation and public speaking experience.
- Agile Process Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
