Systems Engineer
Grand Prairie, TX
Contract Position
$67.40-$72.40/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document system requirements using DOORS in collaboration with interdisciplinary subject matter experts.
- Assist with system architecture analysis, capturing system use cases, interfaces, timing, and design details using tools like Cameo.
- Support the collection and organization of verification artifacts to enable Functional Configuration Audits (FCA).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM-related fields.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with DOORS for requirements analysis.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Cameo for system architecture and modeling.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with system design concepts and trade-offs.
- Environment: Ability and willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with programming languages/tools such as C++ and MATLAB.
- Familiarity with missile system fundamentals and concepts.
- Prior experience with DoD projects, particularly Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)/IAMD.
- Interest in learning detailed missile, ground system, and fire control theory and operations.
