The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Experienced Systems Engineering Technician located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Project Managers and Business Owners with financial data to make decisions
- Develops resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
- Initiates analysis of resource forecasts and/or control account EACs; financial EACs
- Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
- Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
- Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
- Develops business cases using appropriate indices

- Meeting Support and presentation development
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 3+ years of work-related experience with an Associate degree OR 1+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience communicating with senior leaders and customers
- Experience in project management
- Experience as a control account manager
- Experience in classical systems engineering
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years related work experience, 5 years related work experience, etc.)
