What are your contributions to the team?
- Participate in the creation of a Quality Culture, and Quality Management System(QMS) compliance and ensure process are respected.
- Comply with BAERD Gen-012
- Perform on daily basis the following Non Destructive Test (NDT)
- Eddy Current Test (ET)
- Penetrant Test (PT)
- Ultrasonic Test (UT)
- Will support the activities which assure the conformance of the product and processes, according to the established norms and regulations applicable for BOMBARDIER.
- Delivery of product and process as per engineering requirements
- Perform NDI test per process applicable
- Support Nonconformance process with NDI reports
- Set-up equipment and calibrations.
- Conduct test, interpret and evaluate test results, accept or reject products to the applicable standard and document results.
- Describe the scope and limitations of the method and techniques.
- Providing guidance and supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel in the method.
- Interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as used by the employer.
- Develop inspection procedures and work instructions which must be approved by a Level 3 certified in the method.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and processes, and inspection technology.
- Demonstrate knowledge of aircraft or vehicle
How to thrive in this role? Habilidades, conocimientos y experiencia:
- You hold a Bachelor degree or College (TSU) Degree on Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials engineering or Electromechanics Engineering.
- You have a Level 2 certification or you have sufficient practical experience to assure you are capable of performing the duties of the level for which certification is sought: PT 400 hrs; ET 800 hrs; UT 800 hrs
- You have a training per each certifieed method. Teorical and practical exam approved with a minimum training of: PT 16 hrs; ET 40 hrs; UT 40 hrs
