What are your contributions to the team?
- You will validate an assure the NDT requirements specified by engineering on the Drawings or dispositioned on NCRs and meet all the requirements to be qualified and certified per Baerd Gen-012.
- You will guarantee the excellence on the production and safety for the Aircrafts, deliver safety aircrafts with quality and on time to our customers.
- You will Participate in the creation of a Quality Culture, and Quality Management System(QMS) compliance and ensure process are respected.
- You will Comply with BAERD Gen-012
- You will Perform on daily basis the following Non Destructive Test (NDT)
1. Eddy Current Test (ET)
2. Penetrant Test (PT)
3. Ultrasonic Test (UT)
- You Will support the activities which assure the conformance of the product and processes, according to the established norms and regulations
1. Delivery of product and process as per engineering requirements
2. Perform NDI test per process applicable.
3. Support Nonconformance process with NDI reports
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 2 years of experience as an NDI
- You have Aeronautical engineering, Materials, Metallurgy or similar engineering career
- You have fluent written and spoken in English language.
- You have experience for ET, PT and UT
- You have Level I certification for ET, UT or P
- You have sufficient practical experience to assure that you are capable of performing the duties of the level for which certification is sought.
PT 400 hrs
ET 800 hrs
UT 800 hrs
- You have Specific training per method certified per level required minimum training hours for Level the common NDT methods. Teorical and practical exam approved
PT 16 hrs
ET 40 hrs
UT 40 hrs
