Position Summary
We offer an opportunity for graduates with minimal work experience. We are looking for a colleague to join our team who has a university degree in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another related technical field. We offer the opportunity to participate in an international two-year graduate program, in which you will have the opportunity to get to know different areas through production, technical department, innovation center, engineering department. You will get to know Parker in different countries, which will allow you to gain interesting experiences. Our Graduate Program will develop you both personally and professionally. The aim of the program is to prepare you for a leading position, especially in the field of digitization, automation and innovation at our production plant in Chomutov, CZE.
Our two years Graduate Program starts in Sept 2025.

What we are expecting from you
- Get to know Parker’s business, working in the Engineering function
- Responsibility for managing your own workload and responding directly to requests
- Provide a first line of response to queries in your functional area from internal and external contacts
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving and find the necessary solutions
- Make decisions in your area of responsibility and communicate these directly
- Seek all learning opportunities to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for every role and from people within your wider team
- Support the wider team in each placement and participate in Lean and business improvement opportunities including High Performance Teams
Who we are looking for
- Master Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing)
- Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Process-driven, organised and disciplined
- Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
- Fluent in Czech language, communicative English, an additional language would be beneficial
