The CEO is responsible for overseeing daily operations while working closely with the team to align the company's vision, offer strategic guidance, and manage key initiatives. This leader will ensure smooth operations and drive performance, keeping the company on course and ensuring aircraft owners remain satisfied.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the overall strategic direction and business plan. Helps translate corporate goals into tangible activities in each department.
- Ensures that assets are prepared in accordance with various contracts. Control costs and deliver superior service to the operators.
- Sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establishes policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Oversees daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
- Empower employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Lead strategic planning and expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.).
- Allocates resources as needed to deliver aircraft in accordance with contracted timelines.
- Works with each operational department to improve efficiency by developing and monitoring key metrics. Sets operational goals based on these measurements and holds the departments accountable to those goals.
- Manages relationships with various key constituents including aircraft operators, maintenance and modification providers, suppliers, and regulators.
