En tant qu&39;alternant(e) Responsable Projet Procurement Sustainability au sein d’ATR, vous serez chargé(e) de prendre en charge le déploiement des actions clés visant à promouvoir la durabilité dans nos opérations d&39;approvisionnement. Vous serez responsable de coordonner et de soutenir les initiatives liées à l&39;ISO 14001, la signature du Supplier Code Of Conduct, ainsi que le déploiement des questionnaires CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) et CSR (Ecovadis) chez nos fournisseurs.

Responsabilités :

1.            Déploiement des actions Procurement Sustainability : Vous serez chargé(e) de soutenir et de superviser la couverture ISO 14001 auprès de nos fournisseurs clés.

2.            Signature du Supplier Code Of Conduct : Vous dirigerez les efforts visant à obtenir la signature du Supplier Code Of Conduct par nos fournisseurs, garantissant ainsi leur engagement envers nos valeurs éthiques et durables.

3.            Déploiement des questionnaires CDP et CSR : Vous serez responsable du déploiement des questionnaires CDP (Carbon Discolsure Project) et CSR (ECOVADIS) auprès de nos fournisseurs, afin d&39;évaluer et de suivre leur performance en matière de durabilité environnementale et sociale.

4.            Support aux acheteurs et déploiement des indicateurs clés (KPI) : Vous fournirez un soutien aux acheteurs dans leurs initiatives de durabilité (mise ne place de processus et d’outils aux acheteurs) et veillerez à ce que les indicateurs clés de performance soient mesurés et suivis pour évaluer l&39;impact de nos actions. Dans le cadre du déploiements des différentes actions vous serez amener à interagir avec un panel fournisseur mondial.

5.            Base de données : Vous serez en charge de maintenir et déployer des bases de données robuste issue de Risk Mapping de nos fournisseurs et/ou de nos outils interne tels que notre ERP (SAP)

Cette alternance est faite pour vous:

•              Étudiant(e) spécialisé(e) en développement durable, gestion de projet,

•              Fort intérêt pour les enjeux de durabilité et d&39;approvisionnement responsable dans le secteur de l&39;aéronautique.

•              Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.

•              Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

• Maîtrise de l&39;anglais souhaitée.

As an apprentice Procurement Sustainability Project Manager within ATR, you will be responsible for leading the roll-out of key actions to promote sustainability in our procurement operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives related to ISO 14001, the signing of the Supplier Code Of Conduct, as well as the deployment of the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and CSR (Ecovadis) questionnaires at our suppliers.

Responsibilities:

1.            Deployment of Procurement Sustainability actions: You will be responsible for supporting and supervising the ISO 14001 coverage of our key suppliers.

2.            Signature of Supplier Code Of Conduct: You will lead efforts to get our suppliers to sign the Supplier Code Of Conduct, ensuring their commitment to our ethical and sustainable values.

3.            Deployment of CDP and CSR questionnaires: You will be responsible for the deployment of the CDP (Carbon Discolsure Project) and CSR (ECOVADIS) questionnaires to our suppliers, in order to assess and monitor their environmental and social sustainability performance.

4.            Support for buyers and deployment of key performance indicators (KPIs): You will provide support for buyers in their sustainability initiatives (implementation of processes and tools for buyers) and ensure that key performance indicators are measured and monitored to assess the impact of our actions. As part of the deployment of the various actions, you will be required to interact with a global supplier panel.

5.            Database : You will be responsible for maintaining and deploying robust databases derived from Risk Mapping of our suppliers and/or our internal tools such as our ERP (SAP).

This work-study programme is for you:

- A student specialising in sustainable development and project management,

- Strong interest in sustainability and responsible sourcing issues in the aerospace sector.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Autonomy, rigour and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

- Fluency in English desirable.
