Communication Business Partner for Finance

Tasks & responsabilities:

• Finance communication strategy and plan 

• Communication network: develop & maintain to feed comms channels

• Finance Hub page: deliver key messages, influence and monitor 

• Open exchanges: with the Finance board members (facilitator role)

• Communication dynamics : develop creative ways to communicate to the Finance community worldwide, from all Airbus divisions (videos, podcasts, live and interactive events)

• Finance roadmap : support with communication actions

• Finance Academy and Change Management : support on communication and projects 

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Master degree in Communication 

• Minimum level of 5 years professional experience 

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Capacity to manage stakeholder and open doors 

• Conceptualize 

• Self motivation and autonomy

• Speak up 

• Positive mindset and living it

• Ability to inspire and motivate others

• Digital and innovation skills and mindset (incl. social networks)

• Knowledge of video edition

• Willingness to travel 

• Emotional intelligence
