Job Description SummaryThe Executive Finance Leader, C&SC and Productivity will play a critical role in problem-solving the most critical elements of Delivery and Cost within the GE Aerospace Supply Chain. This role will lead financial execution and capability-building for the Combustors & Structural Components Part Family within Supply Chain, partner with the C&SC General Manager to develop and execute the Part Family’s strategy and achieve operational and financial targets, and provide financial leadership and operational partnership to the Supply Chain HQ Cost Leader for cross-business productivity initiatives.Job Description
- Provide Part Family financial leadership, delivering accurate and complete financials and utilizing financial reporting to drive operational action.
- Develop site-level Budgets and achieve financial results in a complex and dynamic environment, across sites with a wide spectrum of baseline performance.
- Strategic partnership with Part Family leader, including network strategy and make/buy – regularly partnering with Supply Chain and P&L leadership.
- Help deploy and scale, and recognize financial benefits of, Supply Chain initiatives.
- Lead finance teams for multiple sites, within and outside of the US.
- Develop, attract, and retain talent – including coaching and development of Lean principles for Finance, and the Supply Chain Finance framework.
- Partner with Finance and Operating leaders in Commercial and Defense to deliver business outcomes.
- Effectively communicate key dynamics of the part family to cross-divisional internal stakeholders.
- Partner with, and provide thought leadership to, Supply Chain HQ Strategy and Cost team to drive productivity initiatives across the Supply Chain.
- Serve a critical leadership role for the GE Aerospace-level Finance priority for Productivity.
- Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance & rigor – partnering consistently and effectively with other Finance functional leaders.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading large and/or geographically-dispersed teams
- Supply Chain finance experience
- Experience within a Lean operating model
