Airbus International Services (AIS) has an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join the finance department based in Dublin’s IFSC, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role is to support the finance function, working across a multicultural and international environment.

Airbus International Services DAC (AIS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus
Helicopters, dedicated to the management of technical assistance for Airbus worldwide. In a structure of approx. 100 headcount, our employees are based in jurisdictions across the world with the management team based in Dublin, Ireland.
Role & Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Produce monthly cost reports, analyse variances and compare actual vs budget in order to assist with financial controlling;
Liaise with the Business Leaders on mission P&L variances;
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports for Group reporting as required;
Assist with forecasting and the annual budgetary process;
Assist with the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements and the statutory audit;
Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Applying International Accounting Standards to transactions so that the accounts comply with Group and external reporting;
Assist the tax department with the completion of Corporate Tax Returns for various jurisdictions;
Complete transfer pricing reports for the tax department to comply with international standards;
Internal Controls and Processes
Key requirements
2-3 years post qualification experience, with experience in a multinational an advantage;
Ability to work as part of a driven team with a positive can-do attitude;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across departmental and organisational lines
Highly organised with strong time management skills;
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills;
Be extremely confident in Excel with good spreadsheet skills
Excellent IT literacy and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems of information;
SAP experience an advantage but not a necessity
