This is an exciting opportunity for an early in career analyst to join the LADS SBU, supporting the MENA Patriot program management team within the Global Patriot SSBU as a Senior Financial Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive the program needs. In the role, the selected individual will support the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, EAC development, and overall financial execution of the program.
The candidate will prepare financial reports reflecting Earned Value performance and staffing and should be familiar with the Raytheon EVMS Process Description, possess technical knowledge of program controls, possess problem solving skills and have good communication skills. This position requires the ability to work independently, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity. Onsite work is expected in either Andover or Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)/monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
Establish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.)
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Typically requires 2 years of related work experience
Experience in using SAP or similar tools
Experience with Microsoft Suite (i.e. Excel)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
Ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems and tools as well as experience with Program costs and/or schedules
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
