The Asia finance team, in the LADS SBU, has an immediate opening for a Program Controls Analyst. This role will participate in finance execution and control as well as partnering with various functions in order to meet critical deadlines. Ideal candidate will have strong time management and program control skills, including EVMS, EAC development, and financial systems experience (APEX, EDIT+, PMX).
The ideal candidate can communicate effectively across Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program Management (PM), within various functions and within various program and finance leadership levels.
This position is being offered in a onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected in Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Internal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) review, implementation and maintenance, variance explanation, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, data analysis and reporting, and baseline establishment and maintenance.
Comprehensive and Desktop Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis.
Analyze and review monthly and annual forecasting with program leadership and various functionals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field
Typically requires 5 years Finance/Business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years Finance/Business experience
Experience using SAP Business Systems or similar tools
Experience with Microsoft Suite
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
Experience with the Earned Value Management systems including APEX EV and program Management Excellence (PMX) tool suite would be a plus
Experience with SAP Production
Ability to influence within a diverse leadership space
Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking
Experience with financial forecasting

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
