This role is designed to support the forthcoming DFARS EVMS development contracts within the rapidly growing Advanced Threat Warning Systems (ATWS) program area, serving specifically as the lead for EVMS business rhythm. The ATWS program area is anticipated to significantly contribute to the growth of the S&GS Line of Business, making this a high visibility position that will necessitate the capability to respond to and present before executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be capable of thriving in a dynamic setting. The role will entail the following responsibilities:
- Leading Contract EVMS Management
- Establishing and Managing Program Cost Baselines
- Conducting Earned Value Analysis
- Reporting Cost and Schedule Performance to Leadership
- Overseeing the Program EVMS Business Rhythm
- Engaging with various ATWS program and financial management staff to ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related Business field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Capable of training and developing a junior analysts
- Eligible to acquire a security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Demonstrated effective analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MFC systems, including EFS and SAP
- Experience in presenting quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) to leadership
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick to learn with a natural aptitude for understanding new systems and processes
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
