Job Description:
This position contributes to repair business through good performance on procurement, logistics, Import & Export. It Also contributes to cost saving to ELTRA.
Accountabilities:1 Flyable procurement focusing on the repair materials including issue of PO and shipment status follow up.
2 Logistics, coordinate with forwarder for arrangement of goods transportation.
3 Import and export administration including:
3.1 Provide documents to customs office for the import and export clearance.
3.2 Answer questions from customs office regarding import and export clearance
3.3 Support customs office for any audit and set up improvement plan and take actions accordingly.
3.4 Communicate with customs office for import and export policy such as duty code set up and change, duty free process, pricing set up standard, special license, etc.
3.5 Cooperate with consulting company for special customs case study and solution, etc.
4 Team management including KPI set up and review, TCO training, AD/CKO identification, staff competence development, manpower capacity analysis, working process optimization, etc.
Qualifications:EDUCATION: with bachelor degree, in Procurement, logistics and Import & Export major.
EXPERIENCE: 5&43; year experience in Procurement, logistics and Import & Export domain.

LANGUAGE: fluent Chinese and English in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Fully understand flyable procurement process
- Fully understand logistics and transportation process
- Fully understand import and export policy and process of customs clearance.
- Has good partnership with forwards
- Has good communication experience with customs office.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
