Tasks
The central project department of Strategic Purchasing is responsible for the sustainable development, management and optimization of the purchasing organization. As an intern, you will coordinate various purchasing projects for Lufthansa Technik together with experienced colleagues.
- In an exciting and challenging environment in the aviation industry, you will work actively as a fully-fledged team member and take responsibility for work packages and sub-projects
- You support the creation of decision papers and the preparation of measures in the ESG and governance context. These measures are an important milestone for Lufthansa Technik in strengthening the sustainability of Strategic Purchasing
- You will gain extensive insights into the processes of strategic purchasing at Lufthansa Technik and get to know almost all relevant areas in purchasing

- At the time of the internship, at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, law or similar.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- High degree of teamwork, flexibility and reliability
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Intercultural competence
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Initial practical experience through internships or vocational training
