We have an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join our LWAD Patriot Product Line (PPL) finance team within the Missile product line. The successful candidate for this role will employ their technical knowledge of finance and program control, problem solving, communication and leadership skills. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with Business Operations finance, Global Supply Chain (GSCM) finance and the various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs.
This position is currently designated as onsite and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected to take place in Andover, MA.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Batting order simulations
Various ad hoc exercises
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance, Economics or related field
• Typically requires 5 years of Finance or related business experience; OR an advanced degree and 3 years of Finance or related business experience
• Experience with SAP, APEX
• EVMS certification required
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Independent, motivated and able to collaborate across the organization
• Ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
• Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team environment
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Business Warehouse, MS Project
• Basic understanding of PRISM, PRISM reports, GSCM/Ops/Quality Pooling applications
• Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality “Standard Structure,” rules tables and breakpoints

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
