What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate the consolidation, analysis and assessment of the Unit Cost and Inventories by monitoring the actual financial performance against the annual budget, five-year strategic plan and periodic forecasts;
- Coordinate the overall process for the consolidation of the five-year strategic plan, the annual budget and periodic forecast updates;
- Build monthly governance across all platform by working closely with all production sites;
- Establish and maintain new metrics that will allow taking better strategic decision
- Ensure governance and monitoring of the financial performance action plan;
- Prepare financial reporting presentations and reports to the leadership team
- Be the financial business partners of the Health and safety director and the plant engineering director
- Support Ad-hoc Requests
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You hold an accounting title (CPA : CA, CMA, CGA) or in the process to obtain it.
- You have between 5 and 9 years experience.
- You are known to be autonomous and resourceful. You are a team player ready to support your colleagues.
- You possess skills to use MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- You are bilingual
